Client Experience Specialist
> Minimum of a Network Fundamentals course (MTCNA/CCNA/N+/MTA)
> Strong English verbal and written communication skills
> Able to work under pressure
> Drivers license and own transport
> Ability to work shifts
> 2+ years of work experience in the Call Centre ISP/Telecoms Industry
> Able to quickly troubleshoot customer-related technical issues
> Provide customers with assistance with their financial transactions, upgrades/downgrades/orders
> Deliver solid customer focused support
