Do you offer a static IP Address?

Due to the current technical design, and the way our network is built we use dynamic IPv4 ranges. We would strongly encourage our customers to make use of a Dynamic DNS service such as DynDNS to enable remote access to your router.

Upon logging a ticket with our support desk our team will consider the request and assign a static IP to your profile. The cost of a static IP amounts to R50p/m.

Unfortunately, static IP addresses are not possible on the Vuma Active ethernet environment due to the way the network has been designed. An active ethernet lease will only expire after 7 days of constant disconnection.
